PROJECT SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an ERP Testing Coordinator to support a large-scale global ERP transformation programme. The role focuses on day-to-day coordination of testing and cutover activities, working with the implementation partner and internal business teams.

This is a business/project coordination role rather than a technical testing position, requiring strong stakeholder management, organisation, and the ability to track testers, defects, and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Around 5–10 years of experience in ERP projects, project coordination, PMO, UAT/testing, deployment or business readiness.
• Exposure to ERP implementation/transformation programmes, preferably SAP.
• Experience coordinating UAT/testing activities with business users is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day UAT/testing activities between the implementation partner, internal business users and project team.
• Coordinate business testers across functions and ensure understanding of testing schedules and test cases.
• Follow up with testers on test execution, defects, retesting and sign-offs.
• Manage testing communications, meetings, status tracking and reporting.
• Maintain test schedules, trackers, action logs and testing documentation.
• Coordinate with the implementation partner on testing progress and inputs.
• Escalate delays, resource constraints and non-participation to project leads.
• Support cutover planning and coordination, including cutover checklists and timelines.
• Follow up with workstreams to ensure cutover activities are completed on plan.
• Support go-live readiness activities during cutover/go-live period.

Job description

We are looking for an ERP Testing Coordinator to support a large-scale global ERP transformation programme. Working closely with the implementation partner and internal business teams, this role will focus on the day-to-day coordination of testing and cutover activities.

This is a business/project coordination role rather than a technical testing position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day UAT/testing activities between the implementation partner, internal business users and project team.
• Coordinate business testers across different functions and ensure they understand testing schedules, assigned test cases and required actions.
• Follow up closely with testers on test execution, outstanding actions, defects, retesting and sign-offs.
• Manage testing communications, meeting coordination, status tracking and reporting.
• Maintain test schedules, trackers, action logs, issue/defect lists and testing documentation.
• Coordinate with the implementation partner on testing progress, dependencies, issues and required business inputs.
• Escalate delays, resource constraints and non-participation to the relevant project leads.
• Support cutover planning and coordination, including cutover checklists, business activities, dependencies, owners and timelines.
• Follow up with different workstreams to ensure cutover activities are completed according to plan.
• Support go-live readiness activities and coordination during the cutover/go-live period.

Requirements

• Around 5–10 years of experience in ERP projects, project coordination, PMO, UAT/testing, deployment or business readiness.
• Previous exposure to ERP implementation/transformation programmes, preferably SAP.
• Experience coordinating UAT/testing activities and working with business users is highly preferred.
• Exposure to cutover, deployment or go-live activities would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills, with the ability to proactively follow up and drive actions.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple trackers, deadlines, stakeholders and dependencies.
• Experience working with a System Integrator/implementation partner would be useful.
• Knowledge of tools such as Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP ALM/Solution Manager or similar is advantageous.
