Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and delivery for SAP implementation projects in Singapore. You will own the test plan, integrate SIT/UAT, regression, performance, security, and cutover testing, and ensure traceability from requirements to tests.

You will drive governance, data masking, UAT coordination with business users, and sign-off cycles, while coordinating performance and security testing with specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Test Lead or Test Manager role.
• Experience in at least two full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations with responsibility for end-to-end test delivery.
• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent testing credential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the overall test strategy and plan, covering unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, and cutover/mock testing.
• Establish and manage test governance, including entry and exit criteria, defect management, and requirement-to-test-case traceability.
• Manage test data, including masked and representative data suitable for projects involving sensitive information and applicable security requirements.
• Coordinate UAT with business users and manage defect triage, retesting, and sign-off cycles.
• Lead performance and load testing in collaboration with the Technical Architect, and coordinate security and penetration testing with the Security team.
• Manage test environments and testing cycles with Basis, and oversee the test-automation approach where applicable.
• Manage test reporting and quality gates to support go/no-go decisions.
• Ensure all test artefacts meet audit and acceptance-criteria requirements.

The successful candidate will:

Relevant Expertise

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in:

• Test management: Master test strategy, SIT/UAT/regression/performance/security testing, and defect/traceability governance.
• Tooling: SAP test tools such as Solution Manager Test Suite, Tricentis/CBTA, or equivalent, and test-automation frameworks.
• Test data: Test-data management and data masking for sensitive information.
• Coordination: Performance testing, security/penetration-test coordination, and test-environment scheduling.
• Large-scale projects: Experience working within structured testing, acceptance, audit, and governance requirements.

Certifications and Professional Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent testing credential.
• SAP Activate awareness.

Strongly Preferred

• ISTQB Advanced (Test Manager).
• SAP/Tricentis test-tool certification.
• PMP or PRINCE2.
• Security-awareness credential.
