Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of ERP implementation, system enhancement, application support, or business systems analysis.
• Experience coordinating IT/ERP/business system projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, processes, and workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into practical solutions.
• Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Maritime, or Hospitality is advantageous.
• Exposure to digital transformation, process improvement, or automation projects is preferred.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile/Scrum certifications advantageous.

We are seeking an ERP Business Solutions Analyst with a minimum of 3 years' experience in ERP implementation and support. The successful candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements, provide application support, and drive project initiatives from planning through implementation.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with the IT teams, business users, and vendors to deliver effective business solutions and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP and related business applications.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Design, coordinate, and implement system enhancements, change requests, and process improvements.
• Manage and deliver IT and business system projects from initiation through deployment.
• Collaborate with the IT teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.

Requirements

• Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Maritime, or Hospitality industries will be an advantage.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle OPERA, Symphony, or similar systems will be advantageous.
• Exposure to digital transformation, process improvement, system integration, or automation projects is preferred.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent will be an advantage.
