Job summary

Stamford Land Corporation Ltd in Singapore is seeking an ERP Business Solutions Analyst with at least 3 years of ERP experience to work with business users, gather requirements, and deliver system enhancements from planning through implementation.

You will coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, perform testing and UAT, provide post-go-live support, and drive continuous process improvements across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, IS, Business Systems or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in ERP implementation, enhancement, or support.
• Experience coordinating IT/ERP projects and working with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP and related business applications.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from users and stakeholders.
• Design, coordinate, and implement system enhancements, change requests, and process improvements.
• Manage and deliver IT and business system projects from initiation through deployment.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve them.
• Monitor project progress, risks, timelines, and deliverables, providing regular updates to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Overview

We are seeking an ERP Business Solutions Analyst with a minimum of 3 years' experience in ERP implementation and support. The successful candidate will work closely with business users to gather requirements, deliver system enhancements, provide application support, and drive project initiatives from planning through implementation.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with the IT teams, business users, and vendors to deliver effective business solutions and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP and related business applications.

Requirement

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, system enhancement, application support, or business systems analysis.
• Experience managing or coordinating IT, ERP, or business system projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and system workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical system solutions.
• Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Maritime, or Hospitality industries will be an advantage.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle OPERA, Symphony, or similar systems will be advantageous.
• Exposure to digital transformation, process improvement, system integration, or automation projects is preferred.
• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent will be an advantage.
