Job summary

JJW Tech Finserv PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ERP UAT Analyst to lead testing activities across client implementations in Vietnam, Singapore, and the US.

You will work with Product Owner and BA to define UAT strategy, create test cases, and perform functional testing of ERP modules and integrations.

Excellent communication is required to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in a Business Analysis & testing role, preferably on ERP implementations.
• Experience with UAT on ERP or enterprise platforms.
• Experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Work with business users to understand requirements for ERP modules (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or other business functions) across client ERP implementation projects in Vietnam, Singapore, and the US, as assigned by the Product Owner.
• Work with the Product Owner and Business Analyst (BA) on the overall UAT strategy for each ERP implementation project.
• Create UAT cases based on the acceptance criteria of user stories.
• Perform functional testing on ERP modules and related integrations/interfaces as assigned by the Product Owner.
• Work with technology and implementation teams to obtain the necessary data inputs (e.g., master data, configuration data, test data) to execute test cases.
• Facilitate and perform UAT, and participate actively in UAT review sessions with client stakeholders.
• Analyse test results and work with BAs, developers, or implementation consultants for root cause determination, solution, and fix.
• Support the test automation strategy for ERP implementation projects.
• Support the Product Owner in gathering and defining requirements, translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria where needed.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a Business Analysis & testing role, preferably on ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms).
• Experience in UAT on ERP or other enterprise/client-facing platforms.
• Experience writing user stories with acceptance criteria would be an advantage.
• Good working experience using the JIRA tool.
• Good understanding of Agile principles and familiarity with different development and testing methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate efficiently with client stakeholders and implementation teams across Vietnam, Singapore, and the US, and to bridge communication gaps with the right attitude.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse ERP implementation projects simultaneously.
