Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex SAP migration. You will source vendors, plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end migration within scope, budget and timeline, while ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires hands-on ERP migration experience, strong organisational skills, and proven ability to manage data migration, testing, cutover, training and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Finance.
• 7–10 years of project management experience, including SAP implementation/migration projects.
• Proven track record delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of data migration, testing, cutover planning, and change management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including with senior leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP migration project from vendor sourcing to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Oversee end-to-end vendor selection, including BRD, sourcing, evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and status reports.
• Coordinate with process owners, IT teams and SAP vendor to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project governance, including steering committee and executive reporting.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, change management and user training.
• Ensure business requirements are captured and translated into SAP solutions.
• Manage UAT, cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual deliverables.
• Maintain audit-ready project documentation.

Job description

We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto leadSAP migration project. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing of vendor, planning, coordinating, and executing the end-to-end migration to SAP, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role requires strong organisational skills, good stakeholder management and hands‑on experience managing ERP implementation and/or migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall SAP migration project from vendor sourcing, planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Lead the end-to-end vendor selection process, including Business Requirements preparation, vendor sourcing, proposal evaluation, assessments, stakeholder alignment, recommendation for award, and contract finalization.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and status reports.
• Coordinate with process owners, IT teams and SAP vendor to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Manage project governance, including steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, change management, and user training activities.
• Ensure business requirements are properly captured, documented, and translated into SAP solutions.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.
• Monitor SAP vendor performance and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and audit‑ready.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Finance.
• Minimum7–10 years of project management experience, with at least3 years managing SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data migration, testing, cutover planning, and change management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills.

The following will be an added advantage:

• Experience withSAP S/4HANA and SAP Grow
• Familiar with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Controlling and Procurement modules in SAP.
