Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is seeking an ERP Senior Advisor to support regional delivery from Singapore as part of a major enterprise ERP transformation. You will coordinate readiness across SIT, UAT, deployment rehearsals and cutover, acting as the regional point of contact to provide visibility of execution readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• Experience coordinating testing, readiness, deployment and/or operational transition activities.
• Experience working across complex stakeholder environments with internal and external parties.
• Strong planning, dependency management and risk management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and external service providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to run workshops and cross-functional discussions.
• Ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Fluency in English and French for meetings, governance forums and communications.

Company / Role Overview

A large global organisation is undertaking a major enterprise ERP transformation and is seeking an ERP Senior Advisor to support regional delivery from Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating readiness across business, technical, testing and third-party stakeholders throughout system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment preparation and cutover. Acting as a key regional coordination point, the position will maintain a consolidated view of readiness, dependencies and risks, facilitate cross-functional issue resolution, and provide programme leadership with clear visibility of execution readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional readiness activities across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment rehearsals and cutover activities.
• Facilitate readiness assessments across technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors, identifying risks, constraints and dependencies that may affect delivery.
• Establish and maintain regional readiness plans, trackers and reporting, and support validation of testing phase entry and exit criteria.
• Act as a key coordination point for third-party vendors and external stakeholders involved in testing and deployment, including onboarding, readiness reviews, participation planning, support arrangements and escalation pathways.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-functional issues involving technical teams, business stakeholders, system integration partners and external vendors, escalating risks and constraints with practical mitigation options where required.
• Coordinate activities and communications across testing teams, technical leads, integration teams, functional workstreams, delivery managers, quality and assurance teams, and system integration partners to ensure alignment with programme milestones, testing schedules, deployment plans and cutover activities.
• Support readiness governance and assurance activities by reviewing supporting evidence, identifying gaps or control weaknesses, challenging unsupported readiness claims and contributing to governance reporting, executive updates and readiness dashboards.
• Build and maintain effective relationships across regional and global stakeholders, facilitate workshops and planning sessions, and support coordination between local stakeholders and globally distributed programme teams.

Job Requirements

Must-have / Essential

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• Experience coordinating testing, readiness, deployment and/or operational transition activities.
• Demonstrated experience working across complex stakeholder environments involving both internal teams and external parties.
• Strong capability in planning, dependency management and risk management.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors and external service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional discussions.
• Ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Professional fluency in both English and French, including the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, governance forums and stakeholder engagements, and communicate effectively in writing in both languages.

Preferred / Advantageous

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Understanding of enterprise integration environments and third-party system dependencies.
• Experience working with major system integration partners and global delivery teams.
• Exposure to deployment readiness, cutover planning and hypercare activities.
• Experience working within large, complex and globally distributed organisations.
