As an ERP Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Your role will involve working closely with various departments to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure that the ERP system is aligned with our business objectives.Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end ERP implementation and upgrades, analyzing business requirements to develop appropriate ERP solutions, overseeing vendor relationships and third-party integrations, maintaining data integrity, security, and user access controls, providing training and support to ERP users, collaborating with different teams to optimize workflows, monitoring system performance, and leading a small team of ERP analysts or specialists if required.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, along with proven experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
