Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business development for IT solutions and build long-term relationships with clients. You will identify opportunities in ERP, understand client needs, and present Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-based solutions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
1–2 years of sales experience in IT or business solutions.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.
Understanding of ERP processes in areas such as finance, sales, and inventory management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for IT solutions, particularly in ERP systems.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and recommend suitable technologies.
Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with potential customers to discuss solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with targets.
Set sales forecasts and proactively engage with clients to achieve set sales objectives.
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
