Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a dynamic IT solutions sales professional in Singapore to drive ERP sales, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related cloud ERP offerings.

You will identify new business opportunities, engage senior leaders, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams to ensure successful deployments and satisfied customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Proven track record in B2B IT solution sales and business development.
• Ability to engage with senior business leaders effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Results-oriented, meticulous, and resourceful with a positive demeanor.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with strong leadership abilities.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions is advantageous.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute and refine sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for ERP solutions, primarily Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and partners.
• Analyze customer business needs to propose suitable ERP solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and facilitate negotiations to close sales.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive post-sales support.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams for seamless deployment.
• Engage with operation teams and stakeholders for efficient account management.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report performance metrics to management.
• Investigate market trends and competitive landscape to devise effective strategies.
