MSC Consulting (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Director – ERP Solutions to lead revenue growth and build a high‑performance ERP sales organization. The role centers on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, cloud ERP, AI, automation, analytics, Power Platform, and digital transformation.

You will set strategy, own targets, develop new markets, and personally lead strategic deals while creating a scalable sales engine and strong partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in ERP, enterprise software, SaaS, technology, or business applications.
5 years of sales leadership experience or more.
Proven track record of achieving substantial sales targets and managing enterprise ERP sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall ERP sales strategy.
Own the company's annual and quarterly ERP sales targets.
Drive growth across new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion.
Lead strategic ERP opportunities through contract closure and high-value deals.
Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders and strategic partners.
Develop joint sales and co-selling opportunities with Microsoft and partners.
