Job summary

M.SAAS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an ERP Application Consultant to support implementation, configuration and optimization of ERP solutions. You will work with customers to capture requirements, implement systems, and provide post-go-live support while proposing process improvements.

The role is ideal for a proactive, technically capable consultant who can engage stakeholders across business functions and deliver value through effective communication and training.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in ERP systems implementation and support.
• NetSuite ERP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Solid understanding of Finance, SCM, PM, Manufacturing, CRM & Support.

• Participate and Contribute in Solution / Product Design Sessions and Documentations
• Perform Implementation (On-site and/or remotely)

Requirements

• NetSuite ERP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
• A solid understanding on one or many of following business areas is essential:
• Finance / Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Project & Service Management, Manufacturing, CRM & Support Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Possess general knowledge on development and customization of software solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies would be an advantage.
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrates ability to build professional relationships.
