Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on System Analyst to support business systems, automate processes, and optimise ERP operations using Power Platform and Python.

You will collaborate with business teams to identify bottlenecks, design workflow automation, and implement NetSuite enhancements, while ensuring user adoption and data-driven insights. Experience with SharePoint and ERP is preferred; you will model requirements with users and translate them into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business systems or ERP support.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint.
• ERP experience; NetSuite exposure is a plus.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and data processing.
• Strong problem-solving and requirements gathering with business users.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow automation and internal applications using Power Platform.
• Provide day-to-day functional support for ERP systems.
• Support NetSuite operations and ERP enhancement or migration projects.
• Review business and supply chain processes to identify gaps and bottlenecks.
• Conduct issue investigation and root-cause analysis for application, system and configuration-related problems.
• Work with internal users to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system or automation solutions.
• Develop Python scripts for data processing, workflow automation, reporting, analytics and system integration.
• Support management reporting, data analysis and other business intelligence initiatives.
• Improve system adoption by assisting users, documenting processes and supporting change implementation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders on continuous improvement projects involving systems, processes and operational efficiency.

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on System Analyst to support business systems, improve internal processes, and drive automation initiatives across the organisation.The role will work closely with different business teams to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, support ERP operations, and develop practical digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflow automation, digital forms, approval processes, and internal applications using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Provide day-to-day functional support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting, testing, user support, system improvements and implementation activities.
• Support existing NetSuite operations and participate in future ERP enhancement or migration projects.
• Review current business and supply chain processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct issue investigation and root-cause analysis for application, system and configuration-related problems.
• Work with internal users to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system or automation solutions.
• Develop Python scripts for data processing, workflow automation, reporting, analytics and system integration.
• Support management reporting, data analysis and other business intelligence initiatives.

Requirements

• Around 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business systems, application support, ERP, process automation or a similar IT function.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and workflow or form automation.
• Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems. Exposure to NetSuite will be an advantage.
• Able to use Python for scripting, automation, data analysis or system integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues systematically.
• Comfortable working directly with business users to gather requirements and improve existing processes.
• Experience within retail, F&B, distribution or multi-outlet operations will be advantageous.
