Job summary

RAM LIFTING TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced ERP Applications Lead to spearhead the ERP implementation, focusing on Finance and Accounting modules. Post-implementation, you will manage enhancements and ongoing support to match evolving business needs.

You will lead end-to-end projects, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure data integrity and governance across ERP processes. Strong PM, stakeholder and finance-module expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/Accounting Information Systems or related field.
• ERP implementation and/or project management certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years' ERP application experience with hands-on Finance/Accounting modules.

Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Applications Lead to spearhead the implementation of the Company's ERP system, with primary responsibility for the Finance and Accounting modules. Following successful implementation, you will oversee the ongoing management, enhancement and support of the ERP application, ensuring it continues to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end ERP implementation from planning to post-go-live support.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; monitor milestones and maintain project governance and documentation.
• Coordinate internal business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Report project progress and key issues to Management.

Business Process Improvement

• Partner with Finance and business users to streamline processes through ERP capabilities.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
• Drive automation and standardisation across finance operations.

ERP Application Management

• Serve as the application owner for Finance-related ERP modules.
• Oversee system performance, issue resolution, upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage integrations with payroll, banking, procurement, CRM, HR and other business systems.
• Ensure data integrity, security, user access controls and compliance with audit requirements.
• Coordinate system testing, data migration and release activities.
• Develop user documentation and conduct training to support user adoption.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting Information Systems or related discipline.
• ERP and Project Management certifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 8 years' ERP application experience.
• At least 5 years leading ERP implementation projects.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Finance and Accounting ERP modules.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or multi-entity organisations is an advantage.
