The role focuses on trade lifecycle management, risk-aware processing, and delivering streamlined workflows to support growing client volumes. The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, detail-oriented analysis, and driving automation to improve STP rates while collaborating with sales, trading, technology and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Trade Lifecycle Management: Handling trade allocation, pre-matching, and fail management to ensure settlement.
• Client Service: Primary contact for clients regarding trade execution queries and complex requests.
• Risk & Control: Mitigating risk by maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement: Driving automation and improving straight-through processing (STP) rates.
• Collaboration: Working with sales, trading, technology and compliance to resolve issues and develop new market entries.
