Qualifications

Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills.
Up to 1 year Finance experience either internship or work are welcome.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong communication and exceptional relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and operational risk mitigation.
With experience to drive efficiency, or willingness to drive, automation and workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

Support transaction processing and ensure accuracy in booking systems.
Partner with Sales & Trading desks to deliver exceptional client service.
Assist with compliance reporting, presentations, and risk management initiatives.
Identify and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams (Settlements, Middle Office, Prime Brokerage, Compliance).
Drive process improvements and workflow enhancements.
Maintain timeliness in line with market standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage operational and reputational risk effectively.
Demonstrate technical judgment and accuracy by ensuring the team understands the economics of the trade and verify the accuracy in the firm’s booking systems.
