Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Operations professional to join a leading global financial services firm’s Asset Management Operations team in Singapore. You will manage trade lifecycle activities, including trade confirmations and settlements, and support trading desks and portfolio managers across markets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in Operations or Middle Office, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations or Middle Office in financial services.
• Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, Futures or IRS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade lifecycle activities including trade confirmation and settlement across markets and products.
• Support trading desks with day-to-day queries and business initiatives.
• Ensure trades are processed accurately and within internal/external cut-off times.
• Review processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Liaise with trading desks, portfolio managers, internal operations teams, brokers, custodians and vendors.
• Identify and elevate operational risks and issues where required.
