You will collaborate with trading desks, portfolio managers and global operations teams to ensure timely, accurate trade processing. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, risk-aware mindset suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Operations or Middle Office in financial services.
• Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, Futures or IRS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and risk mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade lifecycle activities including trade confirmation and settlement across markets and products.
• Support trading desks with day‑to‑day queries and business initiatives.
• Ensure trades are processed accurately and within internal/external cut‑off times.
• Review processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Liaise with trading desks, portfolio managers, internal operations teams, brokers, custodians and vendors.
• Identify and escape operational risks and issues where required.
