Job summary

Phillip Nova, a member of the PhillipCapital Group, seeks an Executive in the Stocks Business Development Team in Singapore to grow exchange-traded equities across retail and HNW segments.

You will drive campaigns, lead follow-ups, events and client engagement, while supporting product and platform enhancements. The role requires strong communication, multitasking and a keen interest in equities and ETFs, with willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience in stocks and exchange-traded products.
• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
• Ability to support client acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Well-organised and meticulous with multi-tasking and campaign timelines.
• Strong interest in equities, ETFs and financial markets developments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends for seminars and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute activities and campaigns that support sales channels in achieving active-client, client-acquisition and trading-volume targets for the equities business.
• Work closely with the Marketing Communications team to raise awareness of our stocks and ETF offerings, identify relevant investment themes and drive lead acquisition and client engagement.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients, understand the needs of different investor segments and support client retention and satisfaction.
• Conduct market, competitor and client analysis to identify business opportunities, assess industry trends and provide actionable insights to the team.
• Plan and conduct seminars, webinars, workshops and client events to support investor education, acquisition and engagement.
• Develop presentations, proposals, articles and other client-facing materials relating to stocks, ETFs and other listed investment products.
• Monitor campaign performance, client activity and trading-volume trends; prepare regular reports and recommend improvements based on agreed KPIs.
• Participate in cross-functional and ad hoc projects involving product launches, platform enhancements, exchange partnerships and improvements to the client trading experience.
• Keep abreast of developments in AI-enabled investing tools, digital brokerage and trading technology, and provide business input on relevant client, product and platform opportunities.
