Job summary

Phillip Nova Pte Ltd, a member of PhillipCapital, is seeking an executive in the FX & CFD Business Development Team to grow retail and high-net-worth activity. You will follow up on referred leads, participate in events, network, and implement expansion strategies to enhance client trading experiences.

You will conduct seminars and webinars, develop campaigns with the marketing team, build relationships with clients, and provide timely support to meet trading needs across Forex, CFDs and

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline.
Well-organised and meticulous.
Proactive and self-driven with client service mindset.
Strong desire to learn about financial markets.

Responsibilities

Develop activities and campaigns to support sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing to raise awareness and drive lead acquisition.
Build relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and increase satisfaction.
Perform market intelligence and share insights to boost competitiveness.
Conduct seminars and webinars to educate customers and drive acquisition.
Contribute to articles, advertorials and media inquiries for OTCD products.
Regularly analyze and report on business development activities.
Handle ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.
