Job summary

Phillip Nova Pte Ltd in Singapore is expanding its Stocks Business Development Team to grow our exchange-traded equities business for retail and high‑net‑worth clients. You will drive client acquisition, engagement and retention through targeted campaigns, events and tailored client support, while contributing to product and platform enhancements.

The role requires active collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams to optimize investor education and trading experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development in stocks/ETPs or related financial services role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns to support sales channels and drive client acquisition and trading-volume targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to raise awareness of stocks/ETFs and drive lead engagement.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand investment needs and provide timely support.
• Conduct market and client analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Plan and run seminars, webinars and events to educate and engage investors.
