Job summary

Phillip Nova is seeking an Executive, Business Development to help expand our retail and high net worth client activities in Singapore. You will assist in acquiring new clients through referrals, events, networking, and onboarding, while delivering timely personalized support to meet trading needs.

You will also participate in projects to enhance business development and customer experience. In this role you will work with the sales team to achieve commissions/volume targets, build relationships

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma and above in any discipline.
Well-organised and meticulous.
Team player, proactive, and self-driven.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Interest in financial markets and technology adoption (coding/AI/RPA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Participate in development and expansion of Phillip Nova’s business activities for retail and HNW clients.
Assist in client acquisition via referrals, events, networking and onboarding processes.
Support existing individual and institutional clients with timely, personalized service.
Contribute to projects improving business development and customer trading experience.
Collaborate with sales to achieve commission and volume targets and improve processes.
