Job summary

Phillip Nova is seeking an Executive in the Stocks Business Development Team to drive growth of exchange-traded equities across retail and HNW segments. You will lead campaigns, follow up on leads, and engage clients to understand investment needs and improve their experience.

You will work with cross-functional teams on product launches, platform enhancements and client trading experiences, including seminars, events and investor education initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business development experience in stocks/ETPs, preferably in financial services.
• Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline.
• Well-organised, able to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaigns and activities to support sales channels in equities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to raise awareness of stocks and ETFs.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive retention and engagement.
• Analyze market, competitor and client data to identify business opportunities and provide insights.
• Plan seminars, webinars and client events to educate and engage investors.
• Prepare client-facing materials on stocks and ETFs.
