Job summary

ST Engineering E-Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Payroll Administrator to verify and process monthly payroll for multiple cycles, ensuring accurate interfacing between HRIS and the Payroll System for timely salary payouts.

You will work in a team in Singapore, resolve data discrepancies, and contribute to continuous improvements. Diploma holders with strong Excel skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, minimally Intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process monthly payroll for multiple cycles; include salary proration for new hires and resignations.
• Ensure data interfaced from HRIS to Payroll System is accurate for timely salary payouts.
• Provide feedback and highlight improvements to systems to enhance efficiency.
