Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee pay.

You will assist with monthly payrolls, maintain payroll data, reconcile reports, and respond to payroll queries while safeguarding confidentiality. This role offers exposure to payroll systems, collaboration with Finance and vendors, and opportunities to develop expertise in Singapore payroll practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data manipulation.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in payroll data and calculations.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly payroll and compensation files.
• Update and maintain employee payroll information.
• Check salary changes, allowances, deductions, and other inputs.
• Review payroll reports and identify discrepancies.
• Liaise with payroll vendor on basic queries and follow-up.
• Handle payroll-related employee queries.
