Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is hiring for an Order Processing Specialist on a 6-month maternity cover starting October 2026 at Paya Lebar MRT. The role handles material orders, price quotations, and routing sheets to suppliers.

You will log orders in Oracle, communicate with sales and customers, and contribute to ERP data accuracy. A Diploma in Business Studies and at least 2 years' relevant experience are preferred; Oracle/Microsoft Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Details:

• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (this role require to work a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays, with one weekend per month on duty according to the roster , will provide standby allowance $60 per day)

• Location: Paya Lebar MRT

• 6 months contract - Maternity Cover, start from October 2026

• Completion bonus (after 6 months)
