Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to support sales and customers. You will process orders, prepare quotes, and route sheets to suppliers while logging data into Oracle.

This six-month maternity cover role requires a Diploma in Business Studies, at least 2 years' experience, and strong communication. On-site at Paya Lebar MRT with monthly standby schedule and a completion bonus. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers.
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned

Job Details:

• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (this role require to work a monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays, with one weekend per month on duty according to the roster , will provide standby allowance $60 per day)

• Location: Paya Lebar MRT

• 6 months contract - Maternity Cover, start from October 2026

• Completion bonus (after 6 months)

Job Requirement:
