Job summary

The Talent Lever is seeking an entry-level HR Operations Associate in Singapore to support day-to-day HR tasks while learning the strategic side. You will coordinate recruiting, manage candidate pipelines, support onboarding, answer benefits questions, and help with HR projects.

You'll also maintain employee records, generate HR reports, assist with compliance, and help coordinate events and engagement activities as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any major; Business/HR/Psychology preferred).
• 0–1 year HR experience or related experience (customer service, operations, administration).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable learning HR systems and processes on the job.
• Curiosity about how organizations work.
• Growth mindset with new technology—learns before told and asks questions when unsure.
• Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
• Stakeholder management across functions; keeps teams informed.
• Clear, concise communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting coordination: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, send offer letters, coordinate background checks.
• Onboarding: coordinate new hire onboarding (send materials, schedule sessions, track completions).
• Employee support: answer benefits questions, process leave requests, support employee inquiries.
• HR operations: maintain employee records, generate reports, update HRIS.
• Events: help coordinate company events, engagement activities, team building.
• Compliance: track mandatory training completion, ensure required processes are followed.
