Job summary

REOLINK TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive HR Assistant in Singapore for a full-time role. You will support recruitment and talent acquisition while helping with HR operations, onboarding, employee records, and engagement activities.

Entry level welcome, with mentorship provided. Prior HR/recruitment exposure is a plus. This position offers hands-on experience across end-to-end recruitment, campus hiring, and employer branding within a growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or related discipline.
• Entry level is welcome; mentorship and guidance will be provided for this post.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of HR / Recruitment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – support from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer preparation.
• HR Operations – assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities and documentation; onboarding and offboarding support.
• Employee Engagement & Events – assist in organizing events and engagement initiatives; coordinate logistics and communications.
