Job summary

PURPLE PLUTO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Junior Finance Assistant to support day-to-day finance administration with a focus on Accounts Payable, staff expense claims, invoice checking, data entry and document control.

This entry-level role is suited to a fresh graduate or someone with up to one year of finance experience who wants to build a solid foundation in finance operations. You will work in a careful, organised and dependable manner, emphasising accuracy, reliability and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant finance experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Banking or related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable processing and vendor invoice checking.
• Verify invoice details, amounts, dates and approvals.
• Perform three-way matching where applicable (PO, quotation, invoice).
• Assist with payment schedules and supporting documents.
• Maintain Accounts Payable records and payment trackers.
• Support staff expense claims and reimbursements processing.
• Enter data into accounting systems and assist with reconciliations.
• Maintain systematic digital filing and document control.
