Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant finance, accounting or administrative experience.

• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable, invoices, expenses and supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: verify invoices, organize documents and prepare for payment.
• Staff claims: review receipts, verify amounts and reimbursements.
• Data entry and ledger: update records and support reconciliation.
• Document control: maintain digital filing and proper document organization.
• Finance admin: coordinate with HR, Operations and management on finance-related docs.
