CONNECTE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is hiring a Finance Executive to join a fast-growing team near Great World MRT. The role offers exposure across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and office administration, with hands-on involvement in daily financial operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, has at least 2 years of finance experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Xero is a plus, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Formación

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, AP/AR, or bookkeeping roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Xero is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with good teamwork skills.
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and coordinate approvals.
• Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle vendor enquiries professionally.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare monthly AR reports and Statements of Accounts.
• Provision of admin support to Senior Leaders and general office operations.
