Dynamic Test Solutions Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support daily financial operations and accounting activities in Singapore.

You will help ensure accurate records and timely submissions, working closely with the finance team to process invoices and maintain documentation. The ideal candidate has an accounting background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in accounting or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Sage 300 and Acumatica ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, airway bill).
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment vouchers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists/delivery orders, and airway bill.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
