Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a customer acquisition/community liaison role within our education division. You will onboard new parents to our community, share Centre's vision, and recommend suitable programmes for students, while supporting customer success initiatives and events.

You will maintain strong relationships with parents, plan lead generation events with partners, collaborate with teaching staff on student progress, and handle general admin such as onboarding

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Background in tutoring/learning centres/coaching is a plus.
• Good with children/teens; able to build a community with learners and parents.
• Willing to work full weekends (Wed-Sun) 9am-6pm; Public Holidays off.
• Location: Novena, Lentor (AMK) or Bukit Timah.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
• Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Requirement

• No experience required as Traning will be provided!
• Polytechnic Diploma or Recognized Degree in any discipline
• Some educational background eg: Tutoring, learning centres, coaching a plus
• Good with children / teenagers; able to build a community with learners & parents
• Able to work on full weekends (Wed to Sun) 9am to 6pm (Public Holidays OFF
