Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level role focused on customer engagement in a learning-centred environment. You will onboard new parents, share the Centre's vision, and recommend suitable programs for students.

You will collaborate with teaching staff to assess progress and facilitate conversions while maintaining strong parent relationships. Strong communication and a passion for helping families are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Diploma or degree in any discipline (Polytechnic Diploma or Recognized Degree).
• Experience in tutoring/learning centres/coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new parents to the community and share Centre's vision.
• Recommend suitable programs for students.
• Support customer success initiatives and community events for engagement.
• Maintain customer relationships and act as parents’ advocate.
• Plan lead generation events with partners and manage class payments.
• Work with teaching team to assess students and follow up with parents for conversion.
• Handle general admin tasks like onboarding emails and data entry.

Job description

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
• Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Requirement

• No experience required as Traning will be provided!
• Polytechnic Diploma or Recognized Degree in any discipline
• Some educational background eg: Tutoring, learning centres, coaching a plus
• Good with children / teenagers; able to build a community with learners & parents
• Able to work on full weekends (Wed to Sun) 9am to 6pm (Public Holidays OFF
