Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive customer relations role to onboard new parents to our educational community. You will share the company’s vision, recommend suitable coding programs for students, and support customer success initiatives such as special programmes and community events to boost engagement.

You will maintain relationships with parents, act as their advocate, coordinate lead-generation events with partners, and work with teaching staff to assess students

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Training provided; no experience required.
• Learning/educational exposure preferred.
• Interest in AI coding and technology.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new parents to the company’s educational community.
• Share vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students.
• Support customer success initiatives and community events.
• Maintain customer relationships and advocate for parents.
• Plan lead generation events with partners and manage class payments.
• Collaborate with teaching team to assess students and follow up for conversions.
• Handle general administrative duties and CRM data entry.
• Ensure customer information is documented and updated in the CRM.
• Act as relationship manager for the company’s community and monitor student progress.

Job description

Novena
9am - 6pm (4 weekdays + 1 weekend OR 3 weekdays + 2 weekends)

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community

• Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students

• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement

• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.

• Act as parents’ advocate and manage relationships with them

• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received

• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion

• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research

• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system

• Relationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline

• Those without experience are welcome to apply as Training is provided

• Some Learning / Educational exposure (i.e. Tutoring, Coaching, Facilitator, related CCAs) preferred

• Interest in AI coding, robotics, technology

• Able to work full weekends from 9am to 6pm (Public Holidays off)

• Location: Novena Regency, Bukit Timah or Lentor Modern
