Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive customer relations role to onboard new parents to our educational community. You will share the company’s vision, recommend suitable coding programs for students, and support customer success initiatives such as special programmes and community events to boost engagement.

You will maintain relationships with parents, act as their advocate, coordinate lead-generation events with partners, and work with teaching staff to assess students

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in any discipline.
Training provided; no experience required.
Learning/educational exposure preferred.
Interest in AI coding and technology.

Responsibilities

Onboard new parents to the company’s educational community.
Share vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students.
Support customer success initiatives and community events.
Maintain customer relationships and advocate for parents.
Plan lead generation events with partners and manage class payments.
Collaborate with teaching team to assess students and follow up for conversions.
Handle general administrative duties and CRM data entry.
Ensure customer information is documented and updated in the CRM.
Act as relationship manager for the company’s community and monitor student progress.
