Job summary

Recruit Express PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a candidate to onboard new parents to our community and support student programmes. You will share the Centre's vision and suggest suitable programs for learners, while assisting customer success initiatives like special programmes or events.

You will maintain strong parent relationships, plan lead generation events with partners, and collaborate with the teaching team to support conversions. Training provided; weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic Diploma or Recognized Degree in any discipline.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Some educational background (tutoring/learning centres) is a plus.
• Good with children/teens; able to build a community with learners & parents.
• Able to work on full weekends (Wed to Sun) 9am–6pm; holidays off.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to community
• Share Centre's vision and recommend suitable programs for students
• Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement
• Maintain customer relationships and build a strong community. Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them
• Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received
• Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion
• Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research
• Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in our CRM system
• Continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Requirement

• No experience required as Training will be provided!

• Good with children / teenagers; able to build a community with learners & parents
• Able to work on full weekends (Wed to Sun) 9am to 6pm (Public Holidays OFF)
