Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engagement Coordinator to onboard new parents into our growing community and share our vision for coding programs.

You will support success initiatives, coordinate events, and maintain strong relationships with parents, while working with the teaching team to follow up for conversions. Weekend availability is required.

Fresh graduates welcome; training provided; location options near Novena Regency, Bukit Timah, or Lentor Modern.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline.

• Interest in AI coding, robotics, technology.
• Willing to work full weekends 9am-6pm; Public Holidays off.

Job description

Novena9am - 6pm (4 weekdays + 1 weekend OR 3 weekdays + 2 weekends)

Be a key player in the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents to the company's community

Share the company's vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students

Support customer success initiatives like special programmes or competitions, or community events like fireside chats for customer engagement

Maintain customer relationships and build a strong the company's community.

Act as parents' advocate and manage relationships with them

Plan lead generation events with key partners like Parent Sharings, trial classes and make sure payment for classes are received

Work with the teaching team to assess the students and follow up with parents for conversion

Responsible for handling general administrative duties, e.g. sending out onboarding emails, data entry, sorting out data and research

Ensure that all customer information is properly documented and updated in the CRM system

Relationship manager for the company's community, continue to track the progress of students and maintain relationships with parents

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Those without experience are welcome to apply as Training is provided
• Some Learning / Educational exposure (i.e. Tutoring, Coaching, Facilitator, related CCAs) preferred
• Interest in AI coding, robotics, technology
• Able to work full weekends from 9am to 6pm (Public Holidays off)
