PERSOL is seeking a proactive Customer Support Officer in Singapore to act as the first point of contact for Members of Public. You will understand customer needs, provide clear explanations, and document interactions in the case management system to ensure timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and cross-stakeholder collaboration, with ad hoc duties as needed and a 6-month commitment.

• Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
• Build strong understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
• Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
• Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
• Coordinate with internal Points of Contact (POCs) and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned

6 months commitment, Monday to Friday

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Approximately 1 week of classroom training
