Job summary

The Enterprise Program Coordinator (EPC) at Agilent is a key role in delivering Enterprise Solutions to customers. The EPC serves as the primary day-to-day operational contact for program needs, ensuring a differentiating customer experience and operational excellence for assigned programs.

Onsite EPCs are integrated into customer day-to-day operations, providing added value by being physically present and executing a broad range of duties defined in program agreements.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific or technical field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in understanding and processing technical service quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled and reactive services for the customer with internal and external partners.
• Direct inquiries to appropriate internal/external parties and address them promptly.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define customer challenges and implement solutions in daily operations.
