Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Singapore seeks an Enterprise Program Coordinator (EPC) to be the primary day-to-day contact for customer programs, ensuring a differentiated experience and operational excellence.

Onsite EPCs integrate into the customer team, coordinating scheduled and reactive services, collaborating with internal and external partners to define challenges, develop solutions, and execute them in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific or technical field is preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years experience at higher levels working in similar environment for advanced job levels
• Basic knowledge of GxP/Compliant environments, guidelines, and requirements preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all scheduled and reactive/unplanned services for the customer, working with internal and external partners.
• Act as primary day-to-day operational contact with the customer for program needs.
• Onsite EPCs are integrated into the customer day-to-day operations and become part of the onsite team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define customer challenges, develop solutions, and implement them in daily operations.
