Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Product (Payouts) to drive growth of payouts products and solutions. You will collaborate with product, treasury, engineering, and marketing to develop in-depth product knowledge and execute strategic deals across global customers.

You will lead discussions with senior stakeholders, synthesize customer feedback for the product roadmap, and help scale Stripe’s growth trajectory in a highly cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience at a technology company, with top performance in enterprise or strategic accounts.
• 5+ years of experience selling payments to large enterprise merchants.
• Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
• Self-starter able to drive results without close supervision.
• Roll up your sleeves mentality for hands-on execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for in-person multi-stakeholder meetings.
• Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft cross-stakeholder solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex new and renewal deals related to Stripe’s payouts product suite and tailored solutions.
• Deeply understand the sales process and competitors’ offerings in payouts to win deals.
• Synthesize and relay customer feedback to inform Stripe’s product roadmap.
• Engage with product, marketing, and account teams to amplify growth globally.
