Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead complex client implementations and accelerate value realization across large enterprises. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring successful deployment of Stripe’s payment infrastructure and services.

You will partner with clients and Stripe teams to translate business needs into actionable plans, manage risks, and drive adoption of our solutions across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting with enterprise clients on technology solutions.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into tailored strategies.
• Proven program management across large, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program management expertise with Stripe’s products and best practices.
• Drive product adoption insights and maximize value from Stripe investments.
• Improve Stripe Implementation Methodology, templates, and processes.
• Provide governance to align requirements with scope and objectives.
• Coordinate integration of Stripe solutions into client architecture and timelines.
• Identify risks, track issues, and propose mitigation actions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on roadmaps and priorities.
• Ensure smooth transition to operations including knowledge transfer and support handover.
