Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to uncover deep customer pain and map transformation journeys, architecting Stripe solutions and managing complex third-party integrations. You will drive executive briefings, design roadmaps, and ensure solutions align with strategic business objectives.

You will partner with sales, product and engineering to deliver demonstrations and technical wins across global markets, including engaging with enterprise merchants and multi-region deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role such as sales engineer, pre-sale solution consultant or solutions architect for a global software enterprise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to work with enterprise Chinese merchants based in China

Responsibilities

• Execute meticulous technical discovery and business analysis to inform proposed solutions.
• Lead strategic engagements and present technically sound solutions to executives.
• Identify expansion opportunities and extend Stripe footprint into new markets.
• Act as Voice of the Customer to capture insights for product and engineering.
• Provide technical counterpoints to sales, detailing Stripe's technical merits.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations linking benefits to customer outcomes.
