Job summary

Monks, the global, digital-first, data-driven unitary operating brand of S4Capital, seeks a dynamic Business Development Director in Singapore. You will drive growth by selling marketing technology and professional tech services to large enterprise brands, delivering consultative experiences and translating client needs into strategic solutions.

Reporting to the MD APAC, you will own the pipeline, close deals, and lead multi-market opportunities while collaborating with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of martech/adtech experience with enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to drive consultative, strategic sales cycles.
• Experience selling into SEA enterprise brands preferred.
• Strong communication and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own your sales pipelines and all opportunities in your portfolio.
• Provide consultative expertise across platform capabilities, marketing strategy, and analytics.
• Lead from prospecting to close for outbound and inbound opportunities.
• Manage strategic account planning and customer relationships.
• Respond to RFPs and prepare sales pitches.
• Collaborate with capability leads on growth strategies across markets.
