Job summary

Monks in Singapore is seeking a Business Director to lead and grow APAC accounts, partnering with clients on digital campaign strategy, creative, and production. You will drive long-term growth across major portfolios and work with senior teams to exceed expectations.

You will manage production projects, scope target-driven quotes, and present innovative solutions within a fast-paced environment, while aligning with Monks' AI-first approach and global standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' senior experience managing business accounts in digital advertising or production.
• APAC client experience and ability to write proposals with technical/creative perspective.
• Strong commercial mindset, able to scope quotes and timelines with senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients and lead strategy, creative and production of digital campaigns.
• Engage clients to initiate new production projects, proposing transformational solutions and timelines.
• Drive innovative digital work across the customer journey for product launches and brand campaigns.
• Grow essential FMCG accounts across multiple brands and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver against monthly and annual targets to deepen long-term account growth.
