Drive digitalization, automation, and AI adoption to enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and organizational competitiveness.
Develop and implement Industrial Engineering strategies focused on capacity planning, workforce optimization, process efficiency, and resource utilization.
Lead cross-functional transformation projects and establish governance frameworks to ensure successful execution and value realization.
Build organizational capability by coaching, mentoring, and developing Lean practitioners through training and certification.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role
