Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or transformation.
• Required Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; Master Black Belt advantageous.
• Proven enterprise-wide transformation and change leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean Excellence and Operational Transformation initiatives.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement programs.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and AI adoption to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and implement Industrial Engineering strategies for capacity planning and process efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects with governance frameworks.
• Build organizational capability through coaching and training of Lean practitioners.
• Partner with executive leadership to align initiatives with business goals.
• Deliver measurable business impact across cost, productivity, and quality.
