Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd's client in Singapore seeks an experienced Operational Excellence professional to lead cross-functional process-improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, drive KPI-driven projects, coach teams, and collaborate with the digitalization group to optimize and automate operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience in business process improvement or Business Analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid discipline in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Drive Operational Excellence initiatives aligned with business goals, KPIs, and cost-saving targets.
• Analyze operational data to improve productivity, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Coach and mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions, and with the digitalization team to support process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, measure improvement results, and ensure compliance with Operational Excellence standards.

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, A3, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and root cause analysis methodologies.
